Annual Meeting 2024
Attention Tallwood Members
It is that time of the year for us to gather at the waterfront and take care of the business of the neighborhood as well as enjoy each other’s company. At the directors’ meeting it was decided that June 22 would be the date of the Tallwood members annual meeting, with the rain date of the next day, Sunday the 23.
The business meeting for Tallwood members will begin at 11 am, with lunch to follow (for members and guests), at around noon. As has been the custom, all member households will get two entrees (lobsters, steaks or salmon) paid for by the Association. Guests are welcome to attend the picnic with the payment of $12 per entrée (please pay by check to the association). You are asked to provide either a salad, side dish or dessert to share. We suggest you bring your beverage of choice, a chair and a sweater for the cool breeze off the water. Plastic utensils and other paper goods will be provided.
Dues will be accepted at the meeting as well as further pledges and payments on past pledges toward the anticipated expense of the new docks.
