The Tallwood Business Meeting will be Saturday, June 27 at 10:30am, followed by a picnic around noon.

Some Rules for Dinghies on the Association Float

Pending a vote at the annual meeting, Association membership dues are proposed to be $350 per household per year (our year begins and ends at the annual picnic). This is a $50 increase over last year. Dues cover the basics (putting the dock in and out, insurance). You can pay at the picnic or mail a check made out to Tallwood Associates and mailed to

We reinforced our venerable pier in the fall of 2025. Repair costs exceeded our estimates. Future repairs to the pier and the float are inevitable. Please pledge to help fund the pier!
